9th International Conference on Aerospace System Science and Engineering (ICASSE 2025) Student Research Poster Exhibition

Exhibition Dates: July 30-31, 2025

Venue: National University of Singapore

The 9th International Conference on Aerospace System Science and Engineering (ICASSE 2025), hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and co-organized by the National University of Singapore and the Technical University of Munich Asia, is scheduled to take place in Singapore from July 30 to 31, 2025. Concurrently, the ICASSE 2025 Student Research Poster Exhibition will be held.

We cordially invite undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students in aerospace-related disciplines to participate in the ICASSE 2025 Student Research Poster Exhibition. Selected posters will be showcased during the conference, and exceptional submissions will have the opportunity to receive certificates of honor and prizes. This international platform offers an excellent opportunity to display your research achievements and innovative capabilities, as well as to engage with leading experts and scholars from around the world.

Poster Submission Requirements:

Poster Size: A1 (594mm×841mm), Portrait Orientation

Submission Formats: PDF, JPEG, JPG, PNG

Poster Content: The poster should present research achievements in aerospace disciplines. There is no restriction on the layout format; however, each poster must include a main title and introductory text, accompanied by clear images and tables. Submissions that do not comply with the specified size, format, or content requirements will not be reviewed.

Notification of review outcomes will be provided via email within approximately 10 working days of receiving your poster and completed registration form.

Poster Submission Deadline: June 15, 2025

Poster Exhibition Dates: July 30-31, 2025

Participation Notes: Participants are required to prepare an A1 poster printout and bring it to the conference venue for display.

Fees:

No registration fee for the exhibition.
